1. Booking

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and approval by the administrator.

2. Rental Period

The rental period is based on the pickup and return date and time selected during booking.

3. Rental Charges

Rental charges depend on the selected rental type, either hourly or daily.

4. Driver Service

Driver service is subject to the vehicle's driver option. Additional driver charges may apply.

5. Distance / Travel Charges

Travel charges are calculated according to the configured pickup and destination route.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required before the vehicle is released to the customer.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation is subject to the booking status and applicable cancellation policy.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all rental requirements.
